_ - State Farm Agency, located in _, has an immediate opening for a full-time Bilingual Receptionist. Must be fluent in both English and Spansih and willing to obtain a Property and Casualt insurance license.
Responsibilities
Performs administrative and office support activities. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. Other activities could include:
- File paperwork
- Appointment Scheduling
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls to customers and potential clients
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Mail billings
- Dispense brochures
- Update policyholder's contact information such as phone number and email address
- Print and fax proof of insurance or send proof of insurance to the customer
- Provides excellent customer service
- And more

Requirements
- Must be dependable, and have a track record of providing excellent customer service to clients.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualaty insurnace license
- Must have a dependable vehicle to and from work.
- Must have a clean criminal background/ Background check will be performed.
