RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist customers warmly in person and over the phone.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses
