ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 and am currently building a growing team, starting with one team member and expanding as we continue to serve more customers. Before becoming an agent, I worked with State Farm in marketing, which gave me a strong foundation in the business and a clear vision for the kind of culture I wanted to create.
For our team, we offer paid holidays, health benefits, licensing reimbursement, and performance-based bonuses that can be taken as extra PTO or cash. We also recognize top performers through incentives like paid trips and a team member hall of fame. Work-life balance is important here, and we aim to reward both effort and results.
Our office culture is built around belonging, inclusiveness, and friendly competition. We're creating a warm, welcoming environment where people feel supported while still pushing each other to succeed. We're looking for someone who is honest, genuine, and brings a strong sense of teamwork and positivity to the office. If you want to help build something from the ground up and be part of a culture where people truly belong, this could be a great place for you.
