Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional receptionist for a medical massage practice. The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients and help ensure the front desk operates smoothly. The ideal candidate should be comfortable answering phones, communicating professionally with clients, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service in a healthcare/wellness environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments
- Greet clients and assist with front-desk needs
- Respond to general questions regarding appointments and services
- Take accurate messages and relay information to the appropriate staff
- Maintain an organized and professional reception area
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties
- Provide friendly and confidential customer service
Required Availability: Evening shifts beginning at
4:00 PM through closing, as well as weekend availability.
Saturday: Approximately
7:30/8:00 AM - 4:30/5:00 PMSunday: Approximately
8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Compensation: $14/hour for the first 90 days. Pay may increase to
up to $16/hour after the 90-day performance review, based on performance.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, organized, comfortable speaking with clients over the phone, and able to maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
