ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in April 2001 and is a well-established team of six with a strong reputation for service and consistency. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I had a goal of becoming self-employed and built my background through experience in both banking and insurance.
I'm a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and have been married for 30 years with two adult sons. Outside of work, I enjoy boating, fishing, and staying active in the community. I'm a charter member and past president of the Holly Springs Rotary Club, have been active in my church for over 20 years, and participate in mission work including the Appalachia Service Project. We also support a variety of local charities.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Tim Farless - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
