Key Personnel is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist for a company in the Tulsa, OK area. Part-Time Receptionist Pay: $18/hr
Part-Time Receptionist Hours: Monday 5-9, Tuesday 5-9, Friday 5-9, Saturday 7am - 1pm
Part-Time Receptionist Responsibilities:- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or staff.
- Provide information to customers regarding services, hours, and promotions.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains clean and presentable.
Part-Time Receptionist Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
