Receptionist

Team Mazda is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our dealership in Baton Rouge, LA. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring smooth communication between clients and staff.

• Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Manage incoming calls, route them to appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Assist with general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and handling mail.
• Provide general information about the dealership, products, and services.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and phone systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Competitive hourly wage of $13.00 - $15.00, paid weekly.
