- Prepare and process invoices and purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage calendars for team members.
- Support the team with administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office functionality.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment.
- Utilize office software and technology to enhance productivity and communication.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
