ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2006 and currently lead a team of four. I've been with State Farm since 1994, gaining experience in agency management and claims before opening my own agency. I'm a graduate of the University of Mississippi, married, the proud father of four, grandfather of two, and family is at the center of everything I do.
Serving others extends beyond the office. I'm actively involved in my local church and enjoy giving back through community service. Building strong relationships with our customers and community is one of the most rewarding parts of this career.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Shawn Wilkins - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
