Job DescriptionJob DescriptionEast Texas Ear, Nose, & Throat is searching for a hardworking receptionist to help keep our busy practice running efficiently. Candidate must be reliable, on time, professional in appearance, and detail-oriented. Candidate must be able to multi-task, work independently, and must be a team player. We value goal oriented individuals who have a positive outlook and a desire to learn new duties. The individual must provide excellent internal/external customer service via telephone, fax, and face-to-face contact. Bilingual is a strong plus.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Checking patients in and out
verifying insurance coverage and benefits
answering phones
scheduling appointments
ensuring patients demographic and insurance information is entered into the EMR accurately
accepting and posting patient payments
