About the Role
As a Bi-Lingual Receptionist (English Spanish), you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients, families, and visitors. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls, and greeting visitors in both English and Spanish. Your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be invaluable in this role.
Responsibilities
Greet patients, families, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, using both English and Spanish languages
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns in a compassionate and respectful manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, files, and databases
Perform various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, handling mail, and managing supplies
Assist other departments as needed, providing support and coverage as required
Requirements
Bilingual in English and Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in a healthcare setting or similar environment preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
