ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my State Farm agency in November 2025 after spending six years in the insurance industry, including time working in my brother's agency. Today, our growing team includes four full-time and one part-time team member. I earned my degree in Sports Management and bring that same team-focused, competitive spirit into the office. I'm married, have one dog, and outside of work I enjoy baseball, jazz music, and a good board game night.
Relationships and community are incredibly important to me. I'm active in our local Chamber of Commerce and church, where I lead a group of high school students. That heart for serving others carries into our agency - we believe insurance should be about more than simply saving money. We take the time to educate customers so they understand what their coverage actually protects and can make confident decisions for themselves and their families.

Evan Streett - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
