Receptionist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk . Taylor, Inc. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for:

• Manage day-to-day facility operations
• Organize office events
• Process purchase requisitions for expenses
• Assist the HR team with recruiting, onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Coordinate with vendors/service providers for facility maintenance.
• Greet and welcome visitors as they arrive to the office. Direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties
