ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency has been serving customers since 2012 in Vinita and expanded to Broken Arrow in 2022. Today we're proud to be recognized as one of the top agencies in the country. Our team currently includes 12 full-time team members, and as we continue to grow, we're looking to add four more.
We work hard, but we also have a lot of fun together. Our team enjoys regular team-building events like pickleball, paint parties, holiday potlucks, and Halloween celebrations. We love finding reasons to celebrate and build strong relationships within the team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Austin Brown - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
