ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2020 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in minor league sports. A trusted mentor introduced me to agency ownership and helped me see the impact I could have by serving customers and developing future leaders. I've always loved the competitive side of sports and quickly realized that same drive and energy could be applied to building a successful agency.
I'm married with two daughters and enjoy golfing, exercising, and spending time with family and friends. One of my favorite parts of agency ownership is brainstorming with my team and finding new ways to improve and grow together. Giving back to the community is important to me. Our agency supports local charities and hosts fundraising efforts throughout the year, including partnerships with organizations like Front Porch Housing.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Zach Sprunger - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
