Every other weekend, 8 am - 4 pm

And 2-3 nights per week (4pm - 8pm)

Receptionist Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Pine Haven Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Philmont, New York. As the first point of contact for our patients, families, and staff, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence
• Manage appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate visitations
• Maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean, organized, and comfortable environment

Receptionist Requirements:
• Prior experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work weekends and evenings
