ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2006 and currently lead a team of 13. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in State Farm Operations, which provided valuable experience and helped me develop a strong understanding of customer service, teamwork, and agency leadership.
I attended Seton Hall University and have always believed in building strong relationships-both within the office and throughout the community. Giving back is important to our agency, and we proudly support The Valerie Fund, which helps families facing pediatric cancer and blood disorders. We believe in making a positive impact both inside and outside the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Justin Bush State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a receptionist.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
