We are looking for a warm, attentive, and organized Front Desk & Studio Coordinator who takes genuine joy in helping others. If you thrive in a harmonious, community-centered environment and love creating an uplifting experience for everyone who walks through the door, you will feel right at home here.
How You Will Make a Difference
As the heart of our front desk, you will play a vital role in nurturing our studio community and keeping our peaceful space running smoothly:
Creating Warmth & Connection (Customer & Patient Care)

  • Welcome & Comfort: Greet every client and patient with sincere warmth, setting a soothing, positive tone for their wellness visit.
  • Support & Guidance: Answer calls and emails with care and patience. Gently guide clients through class schedules, packages, and services, helping them find what best supports their health journey.
  • Seamless Service: Use our software (Mindbody) to handle check-ins, class sign-ups, and appointment scheduling thoughtfully and accurately.
Nurturing Our Space & Community (Operations & Studio Care)

  • Aesthetic & Atmosphere: Keep our boutique and lobby looking beautiful, calm, and organized. Help receive, display, and restock wellness merchandise.
  • Attentive Care: Maintain the cleanliness and serenity of our sanctuary-folding blankets and mats, caring for Pilates reformers, managing studio laundry, and keeping common areas fresh and welcoming.
  • Reliable Support: Keep client records and waivers carefully updated, manage supply ordering, and support studio leadership with day-to-day details to ensure a seamless experience for staff and guests alike.
Who You Are
You are a thoughtful, dependable, and compassionate person who takes pride in doing good work and making people feel cared for.
  • People-First & Empathetic: You naturally connect with people, listen with patience, and enjoy making others feel comfortable and valued.
  • Detail-Oriented & Reliable: You appreciate clear routines, value punctuality, and take pride in keeping things tidy, organized, and running smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Calm & Grounded: You handle busy check-in times with grace and composure, maintaining a harmonious atmosphere even when multi-tasking.
  • Aligned with Our Mission: You have a genuine appreciation for health, wellness, and holistic living, and love being part of a close-knit, supportive team.
Desired Experience:

  • Experience: 2+ years in customer service, retail, or a client-facing role (Required).
  • Cash Handling: 2+ years of experience (Required).
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate's degree a plus).
  • Tech Comfort: Comfortable learning and using scheduling software (Mindbody), email, and basic Google Workspace tools.
  • Physical Capability: Ability to carry out light physical upkeep (lifting up to 10 lbs, organizing props, and light cleaning).
What We Offer You
We care deeply about our team's well-being and offer a supportive environment where you can thrive:
  • Consistent Schedule: Steady part-time afternoon/evening shifts (10-20 hours/week).
  • Full Access to Wellness Classes: Enjoy free unlimited studio membership for Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Sound Bowl Healing, and Mat Pilates, plus access to Reformer Pilates classes when spots are open.
  • Generous Discounts: Receive 40% off boutique retail items, massage therapy, and acupuncture services.
  • Future Security: Simple IRA retirement plan with company contribution options.
  • A Peaceful Workplace: A clean, calm, and positive work environment surrounded by people who care about holistic health.
How to Apply
