Front Office Scheduling Coordinator to join our team!
Our front office is the heart of our practice. We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, can confidently manage a busy schedule, and takes pride in making every patient and family feel welcomed, cared for, and valued.
What You'll Do:- Welcome patients and families with a warm, professional attitude.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
- Manage the daily schedule and help maximize appointment efficiency.
- Answer phones, respond to patient questions, and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate appointment changes, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Assist patients and families with their financial arrangements, including reviewing account balances, discussing payment options, and answering questions about financial contracts.
- Process and collect patient payments and accurately document transactions.
- Follow up on outstanding balances and assist with account-related questions in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Maintain accurate patient information, financial records, and documentation.
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments, financial arrangements, and office procedures.
- Work closely with the orthodontic team to ensure a smooth patient flow.
- Assist with general front-office administrative responsibilities.
- Create a positive, welcoming experience for patients of all ages.

- Prior experience in dental/orthodontic offices helpful but not required - we love to train motivated candidates!
