As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming environment and supporting smooth daily operations within our community.
Key Responsibilities
Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and kindness
Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately
Provide general information and assistance to guests and staff
Maintain visitor logs, sign-in procedures, and front-desk security protocols
Support administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry
Assist with scheduling, communication, and coordination as needed
Uphold confidentiality and represent the facility with a positive, service-oriented attitude
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous receptionist or customer-service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
Basic computer skills (email, phone systems, office software)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
