The Role
As our Office Manager/ Front Desk team member, you'll be the first point of contact for clients and provide day-to-day administrative support to our team.
You'll be responsible for:
• Welcoming clients and providing professional, friendly service
• Answering and returning phone calls
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Keeping the reception area organized and professional
• Supporting staff with administrative tasks
• Using technology and troubleshooting basic issues
• Handling written and verbal communication
• Taking initiative and following through on tasks
• Helping solve problems and keep the office running efficiently
