ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2026 and has quickly grown into a team of six. My journey with State Farm includes running my first agency from , followed by a decade in State Farm leadership from . That experience has shaped a strong foundation in coaching, development, and building high-performing teams.
I'm a graduate of Auburn University and a proud husband and parent of three. Outside of the office, I coach softball, founded a travel softball organization, and am passionate about leadership and mentoring others. I also stay involved in my church as a kids ministry leader. We're very active in the community through youth sports, leadership programs, and local involvement, always looking for ways to give back and make an impact.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Tyler Miers - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Answer incoming calls from prospects and customers professionally and connect with appropriate team member.
- Handle form processing for customers.
- Take payments and understand billing questions.
- Assist team with mail out to prospects and customers including quotes and referral program
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Support the agent with various administrative tasks and projects, such as email management, calendar management, and appointment follow up and assistance
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
