Receptionist

Position: Receptionist - Riverside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing HOURS ARE part-time Mon-Fri 4pm-8pm and Sunday 8am-4pm

Provide telephone coverage and perform comprehensive support services for administration, human resources and other departments. Responsibilities and Duties.

• Provides telephone coverage as needed

• Establishes good public relations by being courteous to all

• When new residents arrive, notifies social services and/or nursing unit

• Keeps reception area/lobby clutter free

• Ensure front door is locked at end of shift

• Takes resident pictures

• Assists with scanning, as needed

• Distributes mail

• Plans/assists with employee events
