State Farm - Claude George Bullock III is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a policyholder retention and long-term relationship building specialist.
We are trying to be one of the TOP Agencies in the PNW. We work hard every day but have a great time while doing it. I am going to invest in you. I am looking for a long-term Team Member. This is an opportunity for a career not a job. No previous experience needed, I just need you to have a positive outlook and great social skills. I cannot train those things, but I can teach you everything there is to know about insurance and financial services.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Be my assistant!
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects, learn the business and grow!
QUALIFICATIONS: - Be able to hold a conversation and have a positive attitude every day. :)
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role would be helpful but not required.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
