Weekend Morning Receptionist

The W Assisted Living at Riverdale is looking to hire a Weekend Morning Receptionist. We have our eye out for a compassionate and energetic candidate.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering and routing phone calls
Greeting visitors and staff
Perform general office duties
Oversee the distributing of daily mail, packages and deliveries
Monitor supplies and maintain excel spreadsheet for inventory for the front area
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma; or equivalent
One to two years of experience in administrative/secretarial, or other work-related experience, preferably within the health care services industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Investigative ability, highly organized, self-motivated, takes initiative
Availability to work weekend mornings
