Are you ready to be the friendly face that keeps our chiropractic clinic running smoothly? At Connect Chiropractic in Wauwatosa, WI, we're looking for a vibrant and detail-oriented Chiropractic Check-In Assistant - Clinic Receptionist to join our team full-time.
With a competitive pay of $18-$23 per hour and a role that puts you at the heart of our patient experience, this is your chance to make a real impact every day! YOUR DAY AS A CHIROPRACTIC CHECK-IN ASSISTANT - CLINIC RECEPTIONIST
Imagine starting your day in a buzzing clinic where every moment counts. As our Chiropractic Check-In Assistant - Clinic Receptionist, you're the first person patients see, greeting them with a warm smile and handling their check-ins with precision. You'll keep our office on track, managing schedules and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. From answering calls to setting patient expectations, your role is pivotal in creating a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
QUALIFICATIONS & SCHEDULE
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer-facing experience

Wauwatosa Schedule:
Monday: 8am-1:30pm & 2:40pm - 7pm
Tuesday: 1:00 PM - 7pm
Wednesday: 7:30am-12:30pm & 2:40pm-6pm
Thursday: 7:30am-12:30pm & 2:40-7 pm
