Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking for a Treatment Coordinator for our office who is a multitasker, dependable, well spoken individual who shows initiative when needed and is organized.
Responsibilities:
  • Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups.
  • Ability to understand dental insurance plans
  • Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communicate treatment options and financial information to patients.
  • Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to patients.
  • Operate phone systems and manage front desk duties

Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for patient service.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Compensation will be based on experience.
