Harbor Village is seeking a reliable and customer focused Receptionist Part Time to support front desk operations during a short term staffing need. This role ensures a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and callers while maintaining smooth daily office functions.

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a professional, friendly manner

• Answer and route incoming phone calls

• Maintain visitor logs and follow front desk security procedures

• Assist with resident inquiries and basic service requests

• Perform light administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail handling

• Support management with day to day office needs

• Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment

• Basic computer and phone system proficiency
