Job Summary:

McMurray Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare, a reputable healthcare provider, is seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team on a PART_TIME basis. As the first point of contact for our patients, families, and staff, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities:

• Answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate parties

• Greeting all visitors, including patients, families, and staff members, and providing assistance as needed

• Conducting tours for potential admissions and answering questions about our services

• Assisting the Administrative Assistant with various administrative tasks and projects as needed

• 14 hours per week, shifts Weekdays 5p-9p, Weekends 9a-3p, 3p-9p

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
