Overview

As Senior Finance FP&A Partner, you will drive end-to-end expense forecasting, budgeting, and headcount planning to support the segment's strategic goals. You'll translate numbers into actionable insights and partner with leaders across the organization to improve reporting, models, and KPIs. You work in a fast-paced FP&A team dedicated to data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration. Your work shapes how resources are allocated and how the company scales its financial planning. This role offers high impact by aligning financial insights with corporate strategy and operational priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Corporate expense forecasting & modeling: build and maintain models for recurring expenses and headcount forecasting, monitor vendor contracts and software/tool usage
  • Strategic partnership: act as a finance advisor to cross-functional teams and provide data-driven explanations for variances and budget optimization
  • Systems & analytics optimization: improve reporting packages, automate planning processes, and advance KPI maturity
  • Problem solving & innovation: identify innovative solutions and best practices for financial management
  • Independent execution: work with minimal guidance on core deliverables and escalate only for complex situations
  • Project leadership: lead functional initiatives with moderate scope and risk
Key requirements
  • 8+ years in Accounting or Finance with FP&A experience
  • Strong OpEx planning, budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analysis
  • Experience partnering with HR on headcount tracking
  • Ability to explain expenses vs. budget and communicate cost drivers
  • Strong work ethic, detail-oriented, adaptable to a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; cross-functional and senior leadership collaboration
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite; SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Workforce Planning (WFP) experience
