Senior Mission Operations Engineer, Connected Warfare

Overview

In this role you drive deployment of Anduril hardware and software to support customer missions, working closely with engineering, logistics, and operations. You own delivery of contract outcomes, train end users, and ensure product performance in the field. You collaborate across teams to shape offerings that fit mission needs and improve user workflows. You will engage with US and allied military customers, embedding with units to secure mission success and drive adoption.

Responsibilities
  • Orchestrate deployment of Anduril products to field operations
  • Lead planning and deployment of flagship hardware and software in support of customer missions
  • Train end users and ensure high product performance in real-world use
  • Serve as a bridge between program, engineering, and operations to refine features and configurations
  • Engage with multiple government and military customers to broaden adoption
  • Develop and maintain a streamlined user feedback and engagement system, including training and qualification tracking
  • Manage contract deliverables and performance measures, and create user roadmaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with mission needs
Key requirements
  • Experience in program management, product deployment, or field engineering
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with senior military leaders and officials
  • Understanding of US and allied military operations, doctrines, and multi-domain environments
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specs
  • Strong problem-solving skills in hardware, software, and networking contexts
  • Willingness to travel 25-50%
  • Ability to work remotely across customer sites in Tacoma, WA
  • Active U.S. Secret clearance
