Overview As Territory Account Manager, you drive adoption of Heartflow's non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology within a defined region. You engage with cardiologists, PCPs, and other clinicians to build satisfaction and expand Heartflow usage through strategic accounts. You will coordinate cross-functional resources to develop and execute value-driven programs that promote the cCTA/FFRct pathway. This is an opportunity to influence how clinicians diagnose and manage coronary disease at scale, while working with a mission-driven team.
Compensation / Benefits- base salary $125,000
- variable/commission with total target compensation $200,000

Responsibilities- Drive growth and adoption of the cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway within key strategic accounts
- Develop and execute business development plans with account stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Heartflow and with external parties
- Organize and staff events and programs (dinners, VIP visits, road-shows, physician meetings) to promote Heartflow
- Maintain and deepen relationships with referring physicians and clinical stakeholders
- Educate customers on Heartflow's value proposition through presentations and discussions
- Support and coordinate with sales, marketing, education, and training teams to enable program development
- Achieve quota and growth targets for cCTA conversion and FFRct penetration in assigned accounts
- Represent Heartflow professionally with clinicians and hospital stakeholders
Key requirements- Proven sales track record and achievement
- Experience in account development or building clinical programs (preferred)
- Clinical/technical proficiency with ability to disseminate knowledge to customers
- Ability to build relationships with administrative and clinical stakeholders in hospitals and practices
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with or similar CRM
- Self-motivated with project initiation and organization capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and under-pressure performance
- Ability to travel 20-25% from home office
- Awareness of cardiac patient pathways and diagnostic technology (preferred)
- 4-year degree with 5+ years related experience or 2-year degree with 7+ years related experience
- Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field (preferred)
- Experience introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals (highly desired)
