Overview In this Insurance Surety Account Manager role, you will service a defined book of business with expert knowledge of surety products and financial reporting. You'll work with producers to gather underwriting information, negotiate terms, and issue bonds in a fast-paced environment. You will act with a high degree of independence, supporting both existing clients and house accounts. This is an opportunity to drive client service, risk reviews, and growth through new and renewal business, within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for the assigned client book, ensuring timely resolutions and high-quality service
- Conduct regular exposure analyses and risk reviews with clients and prospects
- Lead the marketing process for new and renewal business
- Collaborate with clients and carriers to gather data and negotiate coverage terms
- Review and present carrier quotes aligned with client needs and agency standards
- Prepare and deliver bond documents within timelines
- Maintain accurate client and policy data in agency systems
- Identify and pursue cross-sell, account rounding, and referral opportunities
- Support new business prospecting and agency growth initiatives
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
- 3+ years of P&C Insurance and/or Surety experience
