Overview In this role you drive the delivery of designated new ground-up construction projects across a Northeast region, coordinating with client teams and internal stakeholders to keep schedules on track. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Real Estate, Construction, Architects, and GC partners to monitor progress from due diligence through grand opening. Expect to maintain master project schedules, provide detailed progress updates, and guide action items to propel projects forward. This position offers impact through scalable project oversight and close client interaction within Cushman & Wakefield's development ecosystem.

Responsibilities- Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain master project schedules for each project phase.
- Participate in client project calls and create action-oriented summaries; follow up to advance progress.
- Collaborate with Real Estate, Construction, Architects, Civil Engineers, and General Contractors throughout project life cycle.
- Maintain detailed schedules in PM software and oversee client scheduling systems for accurate reporting.
- Report major issues and recommendations to Account Manager/Director.
- Oversee a regional workload of 30-50 new construction projects concurrently.
- Establish goals and timetables for supervised organizational units.
Key requirements- Minimum 7 years directly related experience in engineering/construction/project management.
- Ability to travel 50% (approximately 10 days per month).
