Overview As Global Head of Proposals, you will own the strategy, quality, and transformation of Citi's global proposals function for Treasury & Trade Solutions. You'll lead five regional clusters and a key vendor partner to craft high-impact, client-centric proposals. The role blends commercial leadership with AI-enabled transformation to improve win rates and efficiency. You'll shape how Citi competes at scale, driving continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities- Define and execute the global proposals vision for Citi's Treasury & Trade Solutions across five regional clusters
- Lead and develop regional cluster leaders to foster accountability and measurable results
- Establish standards, governance, and quality metrics for proposal production
- Design and deliver a global upskilling program on core product areas (cash management, trade finance, liquidity, payments, escrow, digital treasury tools)
- Build an industry sector intelligence program to tailor proposals to client contexts
- Oversee the outsourced vendor relationship including governance, SLAs, and quality
- Drive adoption of generative AI, intelligent automation, and analytics to scale proposal production
- Manage the global proposals budget to maximize efficiency and responsiveness
Key requirements- 15+ years of experience with 8+ years in managerial roles
- Significant experience in proposals, bid management, or client-facing functions in financial services or a global institution
- Proven track record leading large, globally distributed teams across geographies and time zones
- Deep knowledge of treasury, trade, and transaction banking products
- Experience managing outsourced/vendor relationships at scale with contract governance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with client-centric narrative capabilities
- Strong analytical mindset using data to guide resource allocation and improvements
- Experience leading large organizational transformation and technology adoption
