Overview In this role you support clients in the greater Boston area as an EH&S consultant, applying core hazards knowledge to identify issues and implement resolutions. You will conduct field measurements, inspections, and safety trainings, while contributing to the development of health and safety systems. Your work helps clients achieve compliance and safe operations, with opportunities to grow within a values-driven culture. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful advisory services.

Responsibilities- Measure occupational/environmental hazards using calibrated equipment and sampling procedures
- Evaluate effectiveness of engineered controls (e.g., fume hoods)
- Inspect machinery, lifting devices, guards, and scaffolding
- Conduct routine safety inspections and PPE assessments
- Identify hazards (toxic vapors, mold, explosive mixtures) and help implement controls
- Investigate accidents and injuries and recommend remedial actions
- Communicate safety issues to client personnel and propose corrective actions
- Deliver routine EH&S trainings (e.g., orientation, hazard communication, forklift training)
- Prepare accident reports and OSHA recordkeeping forms
- Assist in developing EH&S policies, procedures, and manuals
Key requirements- 2+ years of EH&S experience
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving under pressure
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
