Overview

In this role you will lead the full recruiting lifecycle for Swinerton across multiple locations, ensuring candidates align with our vision, mission, and culture. You will partner with managers to shape roles and hiring criteria, and use data-driven insights to guide talent decisions. You'll build diverse candidate pipelines, conduct rigorous screenings, and manage offers and compliance. The position offers cross-functional impact, travel up to 20%, and the chance to influence talent strategy in the construction sector.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full recruiting lifecycle across various roles and advise managers on hires
  • Collaborate to refine job descriptions, hiring criteria, and capture plans
  • Leverage data to advise on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive positioning
  • Identify and implement sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines
  • Conduct in-depth screens and interviews, presenting qualified candidates
  • Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions
  • Collaborate on offers, including salary ranges and start dates
  • Maintain compliance with laws and company policies; ensure data integrity in ATS/CRM
  • Use diverse sourcing tools and networks to build pipelines
  • Maintain records in ATS/CRM and provide regular performance updates and insights
  • Assist on high-priority recruiting projects as needed
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for meetings, conferences, and sites
Key requirements
  • 3+ years of full lifecycle recruitment in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment trends, technologies, and practices
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Strong critical thinking and adaptability under pressure
  • Relationship-building and consultative communication with stakeholders
  • Proficiency with ATS and CRM; Experience with Workday HCM and ATS is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
