Overview In this role you lead a team of field process engineers and technical professionals to support advanced semiconductor manufacturing. You will mentor, develop succession plans, and drive continuous improvement and service excellence across installations and process optimization. You collaborate with Engineering, Product Development, and Operations to ensure up-to-date expertise and effective escalation for complex issues. This position blends technical leadership with customer-focused execution in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of field process engineers and technical professionals

Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6-8 years of management experience
- 7-10 years etch experience preferred
- Advanced degree preferred
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
