Overview In this role you will support sustainment of the ICBM GuSSC, working with the Heath/Columbus team to execute PWS tasks, perform circuit modeling, and address obsolescence. You will collaborate across design, test, and manufacturing disciplines to ensure reliable electrical subsystems in aerospace defense applications. You'll tackle worst case circuit analysis and EM/EMI considerations while applying design-for-manufacture concepts. This position offers hands-on impact on critical defense systems and opportunities to grow in a cross functional, mission driven environment.

Responsibilities- Execute sustainment activities under the Program Work Structure (PWS) including schematic design and circuit modeling
- Perform obsolescence studies on electrical components
- Support circuit analysis with worst-case and stress analyses
- Collaborate with design, test, software, and logistics to understand system interactions
- Engage in electromechanical assembly design and packaging tasks
- Apply Design for Manufacture/Assembly (DFM/A) principles in sustainment
- Utilize circuit design tools and CAD systems as part of design and validation
Key requirements- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical) or related fields or equivalent
- 5+ years of related work experience
