Overview As Senior Product Manager, you will own Klaviyo's Analytics AI product area, guiding AI-driven analytics experiences from data foundations to in-product insights. You'll shape the Analytics Agent and AI-generated dashboards, aligning with enterprise needs and multi-brand scenarios. Your work enables trustworthy, data-grounded decisions and actionable recommendations for marketers. This is a high-impact role in a fast-moving, architecture-rich space that touches the core of Klaviyo's analytics platform.

Responsibilities- Own strategy and roadmaps for the Analytics Agent across five pillars: Trust, Intelligence, Breadth, Foundation, and Experience
- Build and maintain a quality measurement system for the Analytics Agent, including evals and production-case golden sets
- Define AI-generated analytics UX, integrating charting infrastructure with analytics surfaces for coherent visualization
- Lead PM-side of query infrastructure modernization, prioritizing customer value during migration
- Partner with Hiring Manager on multi-account analytics & activation experiences for Enterprise Organizations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align multiple teams in a fast-moving, complex product area
- Write clear product specs for AI and data-heavy features, addressing edge cases and tradeoffs
- Maintain health and reliability of core reporting surfaces
Key requirements- 3-5+ years of product management experience owning complex, multi-stakeholder areas
- Hands-on experience building AI/ML-powered products with data grounding and evaluation
- Strong data and analytics product background (analytics, reporting, data visualization, BI)
- UX judgment for complex data experiences and ability to simplify hard query infrastructure for users
- Comfort with platform migrations or infrastructure transitions and translating architecture shifts into product decisions
- Ability to influence multi-team roadmaps without direct authority
- Clear, rigorous product specs for data-heavy and AI features
- Technical fluency to reason about LLM-based systems, query infrastructure, and their user impact
