Responsibilities- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic neurological conditions
- Provide inpatient consultations and outpatient neurological care
- Develop individualized treatment plans for brain, spine, nerve, and neuromuscular disorders
- Interpret diagnostic studies (EEGs, EMGs, nerve conduction, neuroimaging)
- Collaborate with neurosurgery, neuroradiology, rehab, critical care, emergency, and other teams
- Participate in hospital quality initiatives, patient safety programs, and clinical pathway development
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation (EPIC)
Key requirements- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Neurology residency
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology
- Active or eligible New Jersey Medical License
- DEA & NJ CDS registration
- BLS & ACLS certification
- Strong surgical skills and clinical judgment
- Experience in community- or hospital-based neurology practice (preferred)
- Fellowship training in subspecialty (optional but preferred)
