Palantir Forward Deployed Senior Engineer

In this role you help clients scale AI-enabled decision-making by delivering Palantir-powered solutions. You work with cross-functional teams to translate client goals into concrete deployment plans and production-grade data pipelines. You'll iterate quickly from prototype to scale, delivering measurable improvements in operations. This position combines hands-on engineering with stakeholder communication to drive client value in complex environments.

• Collaborate with engineers, program managers, and domain experts to design, build, and support client-facing apps
• Translate objectives into delivery plans by gathering requirements and mapping data/workflows to a scalable roadmap
• Prototype and iterate rapidly, validating with users and refining based on operational results
• Deliver production-grade pipelines and applications that convert data into actionable workflows and decision support
• Communicate progress and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive releases

• Minimum 5 years hands-on data engineering (ETL/ELT, data warehousing, large-scale data integration)
• Minimum 3 years with Palantir Foundry building data pipelines and deploying apps
• Minimum 3 years in prompt engineering and applied AI with Palantir (AIP, model deployment, feature engineering)
• Minimum 5 years experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Minimum 5 years programming in Python or PySpark or Java
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
