Responsibilities- Own end-to-end technology strategy, execution, and ongoing modernization for the Employer Experience value stream
- Lead adoption of AI-first engineering practices including AI-assisted development, testing, automation, and operations
- Drive scalable cloud-native, API-driven solutions in collaboration with Architecture teams
- Ensure data, analytics, and AI capabilities align with business objectives to enable trusted insights
- Establish modern engineering and DevSecOps practices to improve reliability, security, and developer experience
- Use outcome-based metrics to enable transparency, predictability, and continuous improvement
- Build and lead high-performing engineering teams through workforce planning and talent development
- Champion engineering excellence, innovation, and responsible AI adoption
- Continually evaluate emerging AI/tech trends and translate them into practical capabilities
Key requirements- 12+ years in technical software solution development and engineering leadership
- Experience leading complex transformation initiatives (digital or large platforms)
- Proven track record in modernizing applications and cloud migration
- Strong people leadership with ability to develop talent and foster accountability
- Excellent communicator able to translate tech concepts for executives
