Overview

In this role you support Prism, the conversational analytics platform, by ensuring user questions align with Prism's answers. You'll collaborate with Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering to improve prompts, validate results, and refine semantic layers. You'll bridge data quality with business needs, shaping how data is represented and queried. This role offers meaningful impact by enhancing trust in AI-driven insights for market access teams.

Responsibilities
  • Prompt review and improvement using Snowflake Cortex, Claude, and Codex to align user questions with semantic layer outputs
  • Query certification by validating Prism answers against source data and obtaining sign-off for business trust
  • Quality ownership by monitoring recurring errors and gaps in user questions and responses
  • Semantic layer work with Data Science and Engineering to enhance taxonomies, metadata, and labeling
  • Data analysis across pricing, rebates, chargebacks, and related domains to inform Prism representations
  • Engagement with business owners to translate needs into prompts, queries, and data structures
  • Writing clear technical requirements for model tuning, data structuring changes, or product improvements
  • Documentation of data provenance, business logic, and data relationships to support trust in Prism
  • Roadmap input to prioritize data quality and accuracy in Prism
  • QA collaboration to define test cases and assist with release notes and customer briefings
Key requirements
  • 3+ years of data analysis or related analytics experience
  • Proficiency with SQL, semantic layers, and data structures
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Claude, or Codex
  • Knowledge of semantic data modeling (ontologies, taxonomies, knowledge graphs)
  • Ability to identify AI-answer data misreads and diagnose causes
  • Experience turning complex data relationships into clear requirements with cross-functional teams
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills for business stakeholders
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools
  • Pharma, contracts, or pricing familiarity is a plus
  • 4-year degree in a related field is preferred
