Overview In this Senior Tax Manager role within our High Net Worth (Family Wealth Services) practice, you will guide complex gifting and estate planning and oversee tax preparation for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and related partnerships. You will lead a team, drive business development, and provide technical tax input to ensure compliant, high-quality results. You will train and mentor staff while shaping growth in a collaborative, inclusive culture. This position offers a growth path into firm leadership in a dynamic tax practice.

Responsibilities- Provide tax, gift and estate planning and compliance for individuals and related trusts
- Expand gifting, trust and estate tax planning knowledge and professional development
- Develop and sustain excellent client relationships as trusted advisor
- Identify issues and propose creative solutions to complex client issues
- Manage client engagements to meet service expectations
- Grow a business network to attract new clients and referrals
- Recruit, develop, and motivate team members

- Set and pursue stretch goals to increase value and contribution to the firm
Key requirements- Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or Law; Master in Tax/LLM in Tax preferred
- 7+ years in a public accounting firm with individuals, partnerships, trusts and estates; multi-project experience
- CPA certification
- Leadership and project/team management skills
