Overview As a BIM Specialist at Olsson, you will maintain Revit and CAD content and serve as the site-level liaison for BIM reviews, approvals, and maintenance. You'll coordinate CAD/BIM delivery for data center projects and support the team with timely, accurate modeling work. You will lead closeout efforts, perform model health checks, and incorporate retrofit work into existing models. Responsibilities- Maintain and manage Revit and CAD files; serve as site-level BIM content review contact
- Coordinate delivery and maintenance of CAD/BIM content for data center projects
- Support CAD/BIM team through project milestones and varying demand
- Lead closeout efforts and coordinate with stakeholders
- Perform model health checks and incorporate retrofit projects into existing models
- General model maintenance and drafting
