Responsibilities- Represent the Carrier brand to customers and lead as the primary point of contact
- Oversee hiring and onboarding of local Data Center technicians, including safety training and provisioning
- Serve as union liaison to maintain positive labor relations
- Conduct site safety inspections and quarterly safety meetings to reinforce safety culture
- Collaborate with the master scheduler to align staffing with local needs
- Manage tools, PPE, vehicles, and uniforms provisioning for field teams
- Oversee fleet management and vehicle maintenance
- Approve daily timesheets and travel requests for technicians
- Lead operations support for field teams and financial performance tracking
- Coordinate and resolve team issues; optimize manpower, time, equipment, and energy usage
- Escalate critical issues impacting business; manage team objectives and quality of work
- Respond to customer complaints with investigations and improvement plans
Key requirements- High School Diploma/GED
- 5+ years in commercial HVAC and/or mechanical service operations or related field service roles
- 3+ years managing and/or training field service teams including union technicians
