Overview In this role you will design integrated low voltage systems for advanced facilities and data centers, translating project goals into reliable electrical and power solutions. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to produce construction documents, specifications, and system diagrams that support scalable, energy-efficient infrastructure. Your work will help HDR deliver resilient technologies that power next generation environments while maintaining high quality and on-time delivery. Responsibilities- Design integrated low voltage systems
- Calculate electrical power loads, UPS requirements, and single line diagrams
- Prepare complete construction documents
- Independently perform low voltage technology design tasks with general project guidance
- Write specifications for all low voltage technology systems and coordinate with owners
- Assist other designers, project coordinators, or technicians across all design phases
- Conduct QA/QC on the work of others when needed
- Perform other duties as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years' experience in low-voltage system design
- RCDD certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with MS Project, MS Visio, Autodesk, SpecsIntact
- Ability to participate actively in a employee-owned culture
- High communication and coordination ability
