Senior Specialist - Program & Project Management

In this role you will lead and coordinate project initiatives from planning to post-project evaluation. You will define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines and resource needs in collaboration with stakeholders. You'll manage budgets, allocate resources, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes while guiding a cross-functional team. You'll monitor progress, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication with clients and executives to drive successful project delivery.

• Project planning: define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines and resource requirements with stakeholders
• Budget and resource management: forecast budgets and allocate financial and human resources
• Team leadership: delegate tasks, set milestones and foster collaboration
• Risk and issue resolution: anticipate risks and implement effective solutions
• Stakeholder communication: provide regular progress updates to clients and team
