Overview In this role you ensure premier product quality by leading critical customer escalations and coordinating cross-functional responses. You'll translate technical challenges into business-focused updates for executives and maintain proactive issue prevention through deep-dive analyses. You collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Account teams to deliver rapid, definitive solutions, while advocating for the client throughout the resolution lifecycle. You'll operate in a fast-paced environment, leveraging your networking and hardware manufacturing knowledge to strengthen Arista's reliability and trust.

Responsibilities- Manage critical customer quality escalations and drive resolution with urgency
- Coordinate cross-functional responses across Engineering, Account Management, and Customer Support
- Provide concise status updates and roadmap overviews to internal leadership and client executives
- Conduct deep-dive assessments of systemic issues to prevent recurrence
- Own executive-level reporting and lead high-stakes calls
- Monitor channels to intercept and address emerging issues early
- Advocate for the client and prioritize their pain points throughout resolution
- Build trust-based relationships with clients and reinforce confidence in capabilities
- Maintain foundational knowledge of networking architectures and core Arista technologies
- Develop SME expertise in a core set of specialized technologies
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Experience in high-tech manufacturing (preferably networking equipment)
- Experience working with contract manufacturing partners
- Experience in PCBA manufacturing, electro-mechanical assembly, and related processes
- Broad knowledge of test, diagnostics, failure analysis, and debug techniques
- Foundational knowledge in quality and reliability performance metrics
- Ability to work cross-functionally and balance technical and business aspects of hardware manufacturing
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and supply chain concepts
- Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to influence and motivate internal and external partners
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in Failure Analysis, Service, and Repair Operations a plus
